The perfect fit between comfort and sophistication
The five residential buildings are divided into three groups – Brick, Arch, and View – are independent, and they each contain sixty-one apartments of many tipologies ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom. All residential units include parking and a charging point for eletric cars.
Brick
Three ways to live in modernism.
The Brick Group is constituted by three buildings named X, Y and Z.


Its exterior is recognizeable through the bricks on its facade, that remind us of the industrial masonry chimneys that remain representative of the building’s character. The three attached buildings form a strong and fluid bond and symbolize the strong pace in Beato Quarter’s structure.
Brick X
Brick X is the only novel construction from the group. Its free spirit is inspired by the Renaissance style of the mural in the Alameda of Beato. Brick X’s floorplans divide one floor into two apartments: a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom.
Brick y
The Brick Y belongs to the antique building “Ensacadores” (baggers). It is notorious for its height, rythmic fenestration that is ripped all the way to the pavement, and for its façade’s decorative elements on the windowsills. Brick Y’s structure however is granted in its’ thirteen apartments unconventional tipologies.
Brick Z
Brick Z belongs to the antique building “Limpadores” (cleaners).
Lofty, much like Brick X, Brick Z has a bigger volume and capacity, fitting twenty-one apartments of various tipologies. Its facade preserves a distinctive metal bridge, that in the past was used to transport cereal between the harbour and the milling area.
ARCH
The new urban romanticism.

At Beato Quarter, the relationship between space and time is palpable. Implemented in the noble and romantic-styled buildings with ornamented stonework and decorative ledges, the Arch Group preserves the distinctive arches in stone masonry. It disposes five apartments (two-bedroom and three-bedroom) with comfortable and luminous atmospheres that considerably inviting.

VIEW
The coolness of the industrial style.

The View Group —a rare example of industrial patrimony— is inserted in an old mowing building and reinvents itself in an exclusive residential paradigm. The singularity of the building resides in the contrast between the metal pilars and the wooden beams and expresses itself on its perfectly symetric façade and rythmic fenestration. The buildings floorplan is composed of twenty apartments (two and three-bedroom), designed for a natural adaptation of every lifetstyle.
